Prepare for Your DualSculpting Session
DualSculpting is a popular procedure that uses two of the CoolSculpting machines to deliver more targeted, complete fat freezing all in a single session. It is becoming more and more popular, especially because the original CoolSculpting technology has few known complications, giving you the ability to receive the procedure on multiple areas with no increase in risk. However, there is generally no preparation needed, either. You can come as you are, have the procedure done, and leave. If you’d like to learn more about our procedures, give us a call today at 949-309-5085. Dr Siamak Agha is a world renown plastic surgeon. Take a look at our CoolSculpting Gallery.
What to Bring and Prepare for DualSculpting
Although there is no formal preparation, there are recommendations. For example, it is recommended that you:
- Go to the Bathroom – The procedure can take a while, and it is always a good idea to make sure you’ve gone to the bathroom beforehand.
- Eat/Drink – Don’t let yourself get too hungry or thirsty either. Consider making sure you’ve had something to eat and drink beforehand so you’re not worried about it through the procedure.
- Bring Something to Do – You’ll have time to waste, so bring your cell phone or a book, or something you can do throughout the process to make it a bit easier.
- Reconsider NSAIDS – Though it has no effect on safety, it is recommended that you consider avoiding NSAID pain relievers because they could increase the risk of bruising.
Above all else, make sure you’re a good candidate for this type of procedure. You should be near your goal wait, have “pinchable fat,” and be evaluated by a plastic surgeon. The DualSculpting procedure is very safe, but you still should make sure that you’re a good candidate for it before you enroll.
